An Evolutionary Approach 

 Liquid Flow Yoga is a creative and
multidisciplinary approach to asana practice developed by Simon Park,
who is Shiva Rea's longtime assistant , and one of the original
teachers of Prana Flow Yoga. In this practice one experiences moving
with a subtle awareness of the functional dynamics of body and mind,
while simultaneously flowing in a dance-like nature through
imaginative namaskars constructed in a manner honoring great
traditions in yoga, but also finding inspiration through innovative
modalities. In this practice, each moment is viewed as being equally
important to full realization of the flow, from the transitions to the
asanas themselves. In turn one may develop a deeper appreciation and
acceptance of the dance of life and the part one plays within it. A
Liquid Flow practice can be as calming or challenging as one desires,
it is up to the practicioner to listen to their own inner teacher and
decide.
