Class Descriptions
Liquid Flow- An evolutionary approach to the practice, and the signature style of my teacher Simon Park, which incorporates elements of Prana Flow Yoga, Dharma Mittra's teachings, and various other dynamic movement modalities and philosophies. Classes range from cool and restorative to complex and heated.
Vinyasa- A challenging dynamic practice.
All Levels Vinyasa- A dynamic and sometimes vigorous practice defined by elements incorporated from Ashtanga, Prana Flow Yoga, and various other vinyasa styles.
Align to Refine- An alignment based flow, focusing on the appreciation of subtle self and external adjustments in postures and transitions, and also in finding ease and grace in your practice. Beginner to intermediate.
Private Classes- I teach privates to anyone ranging from older adults seeking therapeutic postural alignment and general stress/tension relief, to fellow teachers seeking to push their practice in a dynamic and intelligent manner.
